When revenue warrants it we help set up and manage local finance & administrative operations. Outsourcing operations eliminates the need for additional HQ finance resources, minimizes local compliance risk, and allows management time to be focused on HQ related matters. We also provide consulting services e.g. preparation of employment contracts and country assessments.
We will initially perform an assessment of your existing or new operations needs in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) by identifying potential areas of permanent establishment risk, best practices, mapping out the requirements and expected costs for operating in the targeted countries. A one-time consulting fee will cover this initial phase.
Once we have identified a local accounting provider to oversee local financial requirements, we will implement new entity and payroll setup which usually takes place 30 to 60 days of commencement. We will be directly involved in the management and coordination of recurring monthly and quarterly financial, tax compliance and administrative processes involved with your international entities. Monthly financial statement reporting packages will be prepared based on your requirements and chart of accounts. These activities will all be based on a reoccurring monthly fee. We can also provide additional consulting services at a fixed rate for support related to your operations, which may include VAT returns, employment contracts, and inter-company services agreements.
